Ansonia Multifamily Value Fund II

Ansonia is raising $100 million to invest in multifamily properties that will benefit from our proven ability to employ capital and operational strategies to create value. The Fund is constructing a diversified portfolio of primarily Class B value-add assets to deliver attractive risk-adjusted returns through sustainable cash flow and capital appreciation.

AMVF II targets investments in desirable submarkets of primary and secondary MSAs primarily in the U.S. South and Midwest with sustainable employment and population growth. Effective proprietary sourcing, a disciplined investment process, decades of value-add expertise and pro-active risk management enable Ansonia to identify uniquely promising opportunities.
