Ansonia is raising $100 million to deploy into multifamily properties that will benefit from our proven ability to create value.  The Fund will construct a diversified portfolio of primarily Class B value-add assets to deliver returns through sustainable cash flow and capital appreciation.

AMVF II will target multifamily investments primarily in high growth markets in the South and West U.S. The fund will focus on middle market communities of 150+ units in suburban locations of select primary and secondary MSAs exemplifying strong demand and projected growth.
