This 17-story Class C office building in downtown Chicago was successfully re-positioned and re-tenanted following its acquisition from an insurance company that had foreclosed on the prior owner. Occupancy increased more than 20% in the first year of ownership as a result of lobby and common area renovations, mechanical systems upgrades, and a differentiated leasing strategy.
