This Class C loft building in Chicago’s dynamic West Loop neighborhood was repositioned following its acquisition from a foreclosing lender. Occupancy improved from 60% at acquisition to 100% as a result of strategic investments to upgrade mechanical systems and common areas, together with attentive management and an aggressive leasing campaign.
